At Seeds & Roots Yoga, the goal is to make the world a better place by helping people feel calm, peaceful and connected to themselves, others and the earth. Erica works with individuals to customize classes to their needs, making yoga accessible, meaningful and less intimidating. Through movement and reflection, clients will find peace and strength.
Erica is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor. Erica combines her certification with training in mediation, conflict resolution and anthropology; and adds in her knowledge of how the body experiences emotions to help clients deepen their relationship to yoga and ultimately, to their own body, mind and soul.
Erica teaches individual and small classes in a unique and welcoming yoga space. Here we can customize classes to your needs and wishes - even your music preferences! This space is here to help clients find calm away from the chaos of day to day life and to reconnect with themselves.
